"We at Epic Roots have been very pleased with the impeccable service and quality that has been provided by Creative Labels. As a testament to their service and caring, I can tell you about an incident that occurred earlier this year (2004). There was a major fire at the Firestone Business Park and this is where we store ourlabels and other packaging materials. We were not allowed access to the facility and we did not know if there was any damage to our materials. I contacted Evelyn and explained the situation and that there was a possibility that our labels were damaged and, if they were, then we would need some labels ASAP. We were pleased when we got the response that Creative Labels was offering to help out if there was damage, not only to get us the labels right away, but also to give us a discount! All of us at Epic Roots were astounded by the generosity being offered by the owner and all others at Creative Labels.
